the current state of the video - looking at your image - is that at that time it was still going through processing of the ffmpeg. Once that is completed - provided you have set videos to be manually approved - then the approve button should show up.

See attached.. vid-auto-approve has always been checked..  The MP4 file I uploaded is only 2Mb, it has been about 1hr now, I still can't see the {activate} button..  Please note, I don't have any issues with embedded Vids, they all get approved automatically since auto-approve is enabled..

Also, I've always been using Vid embedding, what do I check for whether my server is setup to accept media uploads ?

Thx.

A - check your cron settings. Your cron controls when the video processing starts. If that is not setup or not proper - it can delay processing the video. Check your emails also - any cron errors - provided your cron is setup - should prompt an email to you with error.

If videos are set to auto approval (your attached image is auto approve categories - not videos themselves)  - then you will never see a video needing to be approved.

I have few jobs setup on cron, can you please be specific what to look for.. Thx.

Also, I was wondering how to check if Media Server is installed on my server..

for uploading videos - the media server is not used. Instead, the ffmpeg.exe file is used. Look for the cron as was stated in the initial dolphin install.look for one with /periodic
