Anyone run donphin on IIS + Windows ?

Please help me. I can't upload Video File when I transfered to IIS.

It prompt : Video upload failed (Video error)

I figured out the error comes from when generate Image, the ffmpeg.exe seems run with eror.  The temp file is in video/files directory, but no temp image file.

I've grant access to Iuser to ffmpeg.exe and video files directory.

How do you set the security values ?
