Seems it's a common problem and I haven't been able to find a fix "Somewhat"...On web presence, when you want to IM someone, it never connects, my RMS is a paid connection and everything else works fine. I read that the 6.16 upgrade fixes this problem, issue is I don't want to upgrade to 6.16 becuase I see alot other bugs.
Also, on presence, if I click send message to someoen on presence, It just sends my to my inbox...
Anyone know how I can fix these issues or should I just not offer Web Presence??
