Any one know when dolphin 8.0 is expected?

I have not been here long and was just wondering what the typical time frame between say 6.0 to 7.0 is?

I know 8.0 will be significantly different so it maybe a longer time frame but any estimates?

7.0.6 is available for download.  d8 is EXPECTED this year. Chances of that to happen?...

ddesiree -  expected timeframe until d8 in TRAC is written to be 5 months but all of us who are here longer time knows we have to get ready for something like one year until d8 release and than another year until will be fixed another round of bugs and disfunctionatilities d8 brings. SOi ... be ready for around 2 years waiting time :-) ..and  then ...before d8 will reach stable phase.... get ready for d9 ...another two years :-) and so on.....

breaking news on D8 release. it will be available for all to trial test 2nd tuesday of next week. mark it on your calendar.

@freakpower don't worry... I already believe you... It's the first time that I spend so much money on a script + Modules... and I am totally not satisfied.... Trust me if I knew that I had to put that much money in my pocket every time I need something... I wouldn't be here.... I suspect the 1st release will be the 2nd Tuesday of Next week and the official release February 30th.... If you didn't subscribe to this topic... sorry you won't get the news... that's how the forum works.... You want a good forum.... buy another module that will be totally incompatible with the other you have installed..... HAVE FUN AND LAUGH TOO!!
