Another RC3 to RC4 problem ?

I've uninstalled some modules(spy amongst others) in D7 RC4 and now im getting the following errors sent to my email account :

Mysql error: Table 'radioroc_dolphin.bx_spy_handlers' doesn't exist

Found error in the file '/public_html/community/modules/boonex/spy/classes/BxSpyDb.php' at line 272.
Called 'query' function with erroneous argument #0.

When i TRY to re-install the SPY module .. i get this white page with a red and white box stating ..

Anyone else encoutered this ?

I would say the first error was due to caching issues.. make sure that you manually empty the /cache and /public_cache directories using a FTP client. DO NOT delete the .htaccess file.
