I just installed the Dolphin android mobile app. It worked when trying the Dolphin demo site. But when I enter the site url of my membership site, all I get is a spinning circle with "working". Nothing ever opens to enter login info.
Does anyone else have this issue? Or anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks!

It looks like lost internet connection, otherwise it should throw some error. Have you tried to wait a couple minutes? Any errors? http://boonexpert.com |
I still have never been able to access my website by the Android App. Sometimes I get the "working" message and nothing ever opens. But many times I get this error message: "HTTP status code: 404 != 200"
Anyone know why this is happening? Are others having trouble accessing their site from the android app?

are you running a vm server or a basic hosted one?

I'm not sure what you mean by a "vm server", so I guess it is a basic hosted one. It is a basic community site, no members yet, hosted on Arvixe. ---Robin Rae, http://SecretSisterClub.net |

Sometimes some domains are not adjusted properly, for example, works with "www" and doesn't work without. Have you tried both? Also make sure you are typing a path to your Dolphin on the server if it's on subdirectory. If you'll post or PM your website URL, we could try and maybe will suggest more.

Im having the exact same problem. ive tried www.fclotus.com and also fclotus.com the only difference being www produces a 300 rather than a 404. Any help would be much appreciated,

Well, seems like you don't have xmlrpc directory in there or some restrictions in .htaccess
You can always check if it's accessible:
http://fclotus.com/xmlrpc

Hi Boonexpert.
Is it ok if I send you my .htacess file? If so which one do you need in terms of root one or fclotus.com/xmlprc/.htacess
Many thanks in advance
