Allow for ssl and non-ssl browsing

Hello,

I am wondering that our source available browsing at sll and non-ssl connection.

This mind to allow visitor to choice what connection preferred - I'm siour my website actually work on non-ssl connection - ssl available on my portal bat can't browsing - website it is with our css at secured ssl...

[ that right to rewrite to ssl in .htaccess and inc.header ssl addresss ] 

Some comments about allow browse website of choice connection - to support browsing at that connection of choice?

I don't see why there is a need for this.

there are various of visitor who don't follow with ssl connection .

I wondering that this function bring more customers 

because choice way of connection - this is big step even connection it is unsafe customer satisfaction or availability to be a part of it it is a important...

So do website are eligibility to work at connection ssl and non-ssl with out any source code updates?
