Allow URL inlude error when going to admin

Did the upgrade to RC2, now allow_url_include is On (warning, you should have this param in Off state, or your site will unsafe)
Please go to the
Dolphin Troubleshooter
and solve the problem.

is back.... when I try to go to admin panel. The site is coming up fine, just wen i go to the admin panel.

make that, any link besides the home page, I get the same error.

See if you have a php.ini in the root directory of your dolphin install. If so, make sure this code resides in there:

allow_url_include= Off

If you do not have one, open notepad and paste that code in there and save it as php.ini and then upload to your root directory.
