All required changes

Does anyone know of a list that would show all of the required edits needed to customize the community site?

A site like this has so many page, such as, about us, faq, legal along with all of the emails that is sends out to members upon member status change, etc.....

It would be great to have a check list that shows everything. Not that Im too lazy to make one, but I figure maybe someone else already has.

You need to do it manually or with a help of an expert to fast track. Just give him the requirement of what you want to your site and what is not necessary.
