Alert when member using custom page

When I create a custom page in page builder, is there an alert attached to it?

If so where?  If not, can there be?

If I have a custom page that the users click, that  is a portal, Id like an alert from that.

Thanks!

Can you attach an on-click event to the thingy they click?

I have a page that is a portal to a game affiliate site.

I am hoping, I can get an alert from that page so I can post to the wall that the member played a game from that site.

I know I can't get the exact game, since it's in an iframe, but it would be cool to post on the wall with a link to that page so other people see there are more games available.

There is not.

But if your page is a php page then you can create an alert.

Or.

There is also one alert that is generated after every page is rendered. That alert is design_included. You could work with that one and check the REQUEST_URI for a match to your page and if match do what you need to do, else ignore it.

It is a PHP block.

That's an VERY good idea!  fire off an alert when the page is loaded!  :)

I can add a custom alert handler that gets called and adds it to the wall.  SWEET!

Thank you!
