Album privacy

is there a way to set photo album privacy only for some members by default for friends only.

I have a few members for which I would apply this

I am running into this situation as well.  What I plan on doing is to change the default so that it is set to friends only.  You could hack the code to check for certain member ID but that means hacking the code every time you need to add someone.  A better solution would be a modification where you can allow the member to set the default permission level or a backend mod where you can add members to a list of the preferred permission setting.
