Agent Response

Hello all..

Can someone please tell me if they have any idea about how busy agents are?

I've messages my agent yesterday and still no response. Is it anything I should panic about?

Translation (at least I think): the agents are overworked and under-payed. With each of them servicing over fifty people (some over one-hundred), it will take awhile for them to reach you (if at all).

I don't think there is a way or i would try a different one.

I just got a reply from mine today, and i waited for 4 weeks and the reply i got was useless asking me if i still had the problem rather than fixing it. So now i know it will be another month before i hear back.
