Age on Join and Browse page

I believe I made the age a deffinate field for users have to enter their birthdate on the join page.  It seems that my users are still able to put 0 as a birthday because of this the profiles with 0 as age is not viewable in the browse or members page because the age starts at 14 not 0 lol.  Please let me know on how to change the min age from 14 to 0 and if anyone has a fix on this.  Thanks everyone in advance.
