After user delete acc - user photos are still

Topic. User delete his account, but all user photos and his profile photos are still to see on a site and are all orphans.

Please link me to the right TRAC. Or whatever.

This was a problem in D6 and thought it will be fixed in D7. That could be a problem if not resolved in D7.1

I reported this issue about a month ago.  There are several tickets about similar issues, so I expect most of them to be cleared when 7.0.1 is released.

Not only that, they get indexed by Google - and people can post pics without their account even being activated.  Chinese companies come to my portal and post tons of product pics. and if I delete the account they are still there.

I don't know why, but Dolphin loves leaving fragments of removed content and accounts fairly intact.

Hello denast!

Similar ticket was here http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/ticket/1821 - during of work with him i checked deleting process - excepts records about albums all media content is successfully clearing from D7. Seems something wrong with ur tables `sys_alerts` and `sys_alerts_handlers` - did u edit them manually? Because if in first table missing record like "bx_photos_profile_delete" and in second - 'profile' (in `unit`field), 'delete' (in `action`) then clearing of content will not work.

Leonid, if this is fixed, what about existing orphaned DB records and orphaned files on the server.  Is it up to us to clean things up, or does the 'fix' clean up existing debris left behind when a member was deleted?

Hello houstonlively!

For 7.0.1 were added next fixes for similar stuff in media modules:

1) Deleting temporary files (like not processed videos).

2) Deleting albums as part of content from user.

So no more "orphaned DB records and orphaned files:" on sever after user's deleting.
