After upgrading to 7.1 is not correctly displays the date LATEST ARTICLES: 

_x_days_ago · active · edit

Make sure you recompile all language keys, clear the cache and cache_public directories and then go into the back end and clear caches there as well.  Report back after performing the above.

Все вышеперечисленное сделал. Не работает должным образом. Взгляните еще раз на моем сайте Сообщество трейдеров . В чем может быть проблема?

Also try to check permissions, especially permissions for /langs/ folder and files inside it should be writable, then recompile system language files from Settings -> Language Settings and modules from Modules -> Add & Manage.
