After a new member "joins" the page just goes blank.

Hi,

On my D7 site when a new member successfully fills out the info needed to join, it returns them to a blank page.

How can I direct my new member to the page I want them to land on?

Thanks!

Unknown. Should not do that, and i have never seen it.

You may need to get someone to look at your site for problems. Someone that specializes in trouble shooting sites like DosDawg or dolphin_jay

Yup having exact same issue 5 years later.

User joins -- goes to a blank page and sticks there -- user has to hit return again to get it to go to their default member page...

Any thoughts how to fix this...

When you click join it sticks on join.php

only way to "unstick" it is to hit return again and it goes to member.php

firefox and safari

cannot seem to test on boonex test server due to registration by invitation only and in admin panel its not checked...

A blank page means a PHP error, so something is causing problems. Check the error_log for any entries with a matching timestamp.

Thank you Nathan,

Yes it was something wrong with the server setup. I messaged my host and they figured out the problem.

"The Membership module that comes with the Dolphin default package was not working properly so we have manually re-installed it and now the join procedure completes without errors."

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
