After Migration All Site Links Become Downloads

Hey all, I created a cpmove file and uploaded it to my vps via the install cpmove file in whm and it installed fine with a few warnings, they all said my server removed versions of php 4.? I can't remember the rest. Anyhow everything I click on starts to download. If I visit the homepage it starts to download to my pc and I cannot see the site.

Any idea what is causing this?

OH, I am using version 7.09

Sounds like PHP isn't installed. Make sure it's installed via EasyApache (should be 5.3 for 7.0.9).
