Affiliate programs

Since it seems that the Affiliate functionality has been removed from D7 (big bummer since this is huge for me) has anyone started looking at how D7 can be integrated with any of the external programs like ClickBank or PayDotCom?

Am I really the only person who's going to use an Affiliate Program?  It's such a good way to increase your member base and income!

What I really did not understand is, that boonex uses idev and will switch to D7 - so why not anounce the deleting feom affiliate and a idev plugin?
