Advanced Contact Mod Support (Modzzz)

This is the Support forum for the Advanced Contact mod.

Version 2.0.1 released. (See patches/version_2.0.1 folder in zip file)

Departments are no longer compulsory. If no department is created, support mails go to the general site email.

Added Help block to Contact form.

I would be interested in this product if it could function more as a support ticketing tool.

This module is now compatible with Dolphin 7.2 . For those upgrading from Dolphin 7.1, please check the upgrade folder for instructions.

Fixes an issue with the department database table.

The latest patch must be applied to both Dolphin 7.1 and 7.2 sites.

Yet another mod that adds meat to Dolphin's skeleton.

When someone sends from contact page, does their Name and e-mail automatically get added to the reply to field?

Can a custom 'Subject Line' be added?

Can we have multiple contact forms for different subjects?

We're currently using Bravenet forms - which offers these features - for Website Feedback on Travel Notes, but I'm looking at other options to use on Meta-Travel.

Just tested this out and got a database error on your site.

The error is resolved on the demo site. Email sending is currently disabled on the demo.

RESPONSE : No.

Can a custom 'Subject Line' be added?

RESPONSE : The module has been updated to add "Subject".

Can we create different contact forms (pages) for different subjects?

RESPONSE : You can create different Departments so Site Administrator can identify messages based on the Department/Subject it was meant to target. 

Also, is captcha not working?

RESPONSE : Captcha is site dependent, not module dependent so one it is setup properly for the site, it will work in the module.

Is it possible to remove the 'Request a Callback'?

RESPONSE : Yes, this is managed at the membership level
