Administering all Membership Level Actions in one panel

The current situation requires an admin to open each Membership Level Actions list (for each Membership Level) one at a time, i.e. a single column of check-boxes. With Drupal you can set it up to view *all* the Membership Levels at once, i.e. each with it's own column of Actions check-boxes.  This would be very helpful with a site that has several membership levels and lots of modules installed.  It would also be nice if one Membership Level Actions could be copied to another... then customized.  Anyone had this done or thought about it?
