Admin zone data base error

We had installed the software at

www.indianfriendsnetwork.com/communities

while we log into the admin panel some of the buttons are not working many times, its not commonly showing error but each time we log in one button is showing same error

For an example

www.indianfriendsnetwork.com/communities/admin/index/php shows this error ( see the attached file)

What is the cause behind this ? Why its coming like this ? Is it local issue or script related issue?

Now after installing the adsense mod we got this error now the total site is down

well - first of all you need to find a problem.

for this open your FTP

/inc/db.inc.php file

find line define( 'DB_FULL_DEBUG_MODE', false );

and change false to true

It will turn on debug mode - and you will find a reason of your problem.
