An update has been made to the site stat archiving functionality. The following file has been updated :

modules\modzzz\atool\classes\BxAToolDb.php

Patch 2.0.1 Released. (See patches/version_2.0.1 folder in zip file)

Update made to functionality for modifying static pages in languages other than the default.

Patch 2.0.2 Released. (See patches/version_2.0.2 folder in zip file)

Added Site Map Management Tool.

By installing this Admin module, would there be any conflict with Deanos Tools?

 There should not be any issues.

I have both and have not ran into any problems..

You have posted this in the wrong support forum. Check the support forum for the Site Assistant module for a response.

having this problem with 2.0.4 , and those buttons give 404 when you press them  i did a language recompile...

Hello Modzzz.

Great! Now I can use the modules but I have a little problem.

Unfortunately I can not permanently change the default privacy values. The modules ignore the settings.

I use: FAQ (Advanced), Blogs, Groups, News Premium, Files, Photos, Videos, Events

Please help. The users are overwhelmed with the Dolphin system and I need default values that I can determine.

@Rappi - This issue is not related to the Admin Tools mod, it is a problem with your site that will require troubleshooting efforts to determine the cause. I am really locked down for the next one to two weeks on Dolphin 7.2 module updates. It is critical that I get my modules compatible ASAP and therefore I cannot divert to offer site troubleshooting service until this exercise is finished.

How do we go about moving the Site Stats blocks around? I tried clicking on it and moving but it will not move. Is there a certain spot or button I am missing to move the blocks around?

 This module does not have a feature to allow moving blocks around. You can try Deanos Tool module for that.

Site Stats
Allows you to manage the items in the site stats block.
Create New, Edit or Remove site stat items.
Change the order of the site stats by easily dragging and dropping the items to rearrange their order.

Your post said you wanted to move the Site Stats block around. My module says you can move the items within the Sites Stats block (not the actual block). I will investigate to see if there is an issue with moving the items.

No problem. Are you looking at http://www.YOURSITE.com/m/atool/administration/sitestat ? If so, which browser are you viewing with ?

Yes that is the page.. I can not move them around.. I always use Firefox but tried with explorer and just now with chrome. None of them work on the same site you updated that module for me..

I went to your site and had no issues moving the items around for the Site Stats. You click in the box, hold the mouse down and drag.

Added ability to make ordinary members as Administrators plus removed some duplicate Actions from the Profile.

 As Deano's (free) one doesn't look like it's going to be updated, might have to drop it.

Upgrading Dolphin is a Pain

This is one of the feature's of Deanos that I would miss.

I would like to request to add SQL Query Tool to your Module. That would make your module the ultimate tool for admin.

@TruckingSpace - Please elaborate on how the tool should work. Should this be used to perform actions on the database or is this expected to return output from select statements also ?

Inject query data into the database. Like how Deano had on his module. Instead of login into the server's PHPMyAdmin, just be able to go to your admin tools and inject the data query there.

In the Site Stats portion of this mod, apparently I accidentally "archived" Members, which made it disappear from this menu. Is there a way to get it back? And perhaps you'd explain a little more about how to use this aspect. I just downloaded the Dolphin 7.3 version and replaced the updated files in my version of the module. Is this sufficient to do the update? I didn't want to step on content files I had already edited.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated. I was hoping that Site Stats (members) would generate a CSV or Excel file for me, but I guess that is not what it is for. Where do I see the stats - on the individual pages?

Site Stats has nothing to do with Members. It has to do with how many Events, Groups etc. are posted on the site. A hurricane is down on my island now and I am about to lose electricity so it may be a few days before I get to look at what you are talking about here.

Just goto your Site Stats. Then on the bottom of the page you will see the action block Archive. Click on that.. Or http://YOUR-DOMAIN/m/atool/administration/sitestat/archive

Then that shows you what you archived and you can put it back from there.

Hope that is what you were talking about..

Then the updates do not change any of your files unless you changed modzzz codes. All the stuff you put in is done in the database. No file changes unless like I said you changed his files. His updates just fixes his files to make his product work better. So your codes are in the database and his changes are in the files. Unless he notes different in his update readme.txt

To see stats on what people uploaded on your site? You would have to login as the member then go to there account page and if you have the Account Control Block active. In that block you will see content dropdown. Click on that and it will show you what all that member has uploaded. Other then that unless modzzz has some module I have not seen.

There is a module out there but if you have 3rd party modules it will not work unless you can get him to add the 3rd party modules you want added($). and on top of that. It only shows from when you installed the module. I can not say the vendor because it is not modzzz's and not going to step on his help forums with another vendors module.

Not stepping on Modzzz Toes to help you but I know he is going though the Hurricane right now. When he comes back he might have a better answer unless I summed it all up for him.

Hi friends (TruckingSpace and Modzzz) - I got your replies and was able to activate Members again with your help - thanks much for that. I do understand and respect what you are saying about the other third party vendor - a good way to handle it on your part.

Glad the hurricane is over and hoping that it left you in OK shape - those are nasty storms, to say the least.

How can I update this file on my server?

I have tried to upload the file through FileZilla to replace the old file but no changes to the file size number. I have also tried to delete the old file and then upload the updated file but still the file size is not changing. The old file size is 19,652 and the updated file size is 20,232

Hi modzzz,

may I ask what these updates consist of ? 

(Not long ago, I had removed some code from the modules\modzzz\atool\classes\BxAToolModule.php file so the Admin would not be able to see the members' messages. That was done in order to be conform with the new GDPR.)

I have just made the update and removed the corresponding code block from modules\modzzz\atool\classes\BxAToolModule.php so I don't have access to the member's messages anymore.

One question: 

How does the "comments"-feature in the module work ?

I entered a username and left the field "Keyword" blank, but it gave me no results even though I know that the user has posted a comment. Do I need to put in a keyword as well ?

I thought the idea of that feature is that it allows me to see all comments posted by a user.

@Annnalotta - The Comment section shows comments that are posted by "username" on other Profiles. If a comment was posted in another section of the site, it would not be captured.
