Admin Panel Blogs approval, hide approved ones

In admin panel, how i can hide the already approved blogs? If you get 500 blogs per day it's gettings crazy to browse through all the pages to check if there is still one waiting. I tried to change the code, but thats nearly impossible in an easy way for me because the admin panel shares the same code with the normal blog view. Anybody has an easy solution?
