Admin Modules In Order

Hi! Does anyone know how to put the modules listed in Admin Panel in order.  I remember seeing a FREE download with instructions somewhere, but I don't know where I found it.

You can drag and drop those into any order you want through the admin menu builder. Menu builder button right at the top. Row of icons along the top.

That menu never worked for me before. It would always hang, so I never really looked...LOL

I just tried to create new menu categories so I could reorganize all the modules I have installed.  Moving items around... from one menu category to another... created a few "impossible to fix" problems that I eventually opted to rollback to a recent database backup.  Hence I strongly suggest that people backup their site database BEFORE making any menu changes.
