Admin Module Error

I installed the Ray module and registered my licenses and everything worked fine except the AV chat for a week. I was told to try changing a setting in the ray suite in the admin panel but when I went to do so I get a message telling me that the ray suite is not installed. The weird part is that when I log in as a user everything still works except the AVchat. I see that I am suppose to try reinstalling ray but do I have to set up all of the ray components? I have the AV Chat as an ad free and it is really the only component of the RMS that I want to use on my site. When I reinstall ray may I just install the im folder or do I have to install all of the suite directories?
