Admin Cannot Edit Another Member Profile

i can edit my admin profile

but i cannot edit another member's profile

initially i could, but suddenly i cant

any suggestion, please?

get the spy admin module... It allows you to log in as any member.... I could not run my site without it : )

is that part on the modules it comes with
or a commercial i need to buy

It is a commercial module from esases. It is very handy when members need help. I also use it to make sure all members have an avtar : )

 
You can do the same thing in the standard Simple mode. In simple mode clicking on the users photo views the profile and clicking on the username itself edits the profile.
