Adding age slider search to splash page

I am making a splash page and want a search box on the front page. Everything works fine except the age slider. It comes out as a text box. What have I missed? What else is needed to get this age slider to work besides the code in the search box and the css?

Thanks,

Dan

Those sliders are jquery functions. So unless you included jquery on your splash page then they will not work.

How would I do that? I have searched for the code to include it but cannot find it in the existing pages. That splash page I made is an HTML page.

thanks,

I have added the jquery link and the slider works but I am having problems finding the correct css to use. I have a separate css file for the splash page because I want to make the search box slightly different than the one in the actual site. I have copied all the css into my new css file but I have no handles for the sliders. I have a large gray box. If I pull the ends of the gray box to the center I see the age range change. I have copied all the forms_adv.css and forms_extra.css, what am I missing?

Thanks,

Dan
