Adding a new menu

I am new to dolphin and would like to know how can i add a new menu just below the "top menu".

The top menu is in a div tag in the /templates/tmpl_uni/_header.html file.

I found where the top menu code is, but my question is I want to add another menu just below the top menu and it should be dynamic, just like the top menu is generated so that later on if I want to make any changes to it then it would be easier for me to do so.

Are there any steps to be followed to generate a new menu just like top menu?

I don't play with this much but in admin panel advanced settings at the bottom

Number of items per line in top menu. 0 - no breaking.

This is for the top menu navigation. You could play with this for creating a second menu right under the top/original.

Not sure if this might be what you are after.

Almost what I want, but the problem is, the CSS for the top menu is also applied to the second menu, which is what I don't want.

Is there any other way I can add another (DYNAMIC) menu just below the top menu?

There are two 'top menus'  ..... 

The one I was referring to at the very top of page  .....  (links, news, contact us, etc)
The one you edit from the admin panel that gameutopia was referring to which is under the logo  ..... 
(home, members, blogs, etc)

Ya i followed gameutopia's instructions and got 2 menus displayed but the problem i want both the menus to have different CSS styles applied, currently its applying the same CSS to both the menus.

I am referring to the second top menu (under the logo).

anyone here can give me some idea please?
