Add thumbnail to articles snippet?

I will take a stab at it..

IF (and I do mean IF) the snippet allows HTML code, you can try adding an image by using the following HTML code.

<img src="http://www.locationofimage.com" height="42" width="42">

Of course height and width could be adjusted. I do not use articles so I have not tested this..

Nope, doesnt allow it allow. Maybe there is a way to enable html there

ultimate articles buy modzzz does this. Either adds avatar to article, or you can select to add thumbnail image to article.

I don't know the code to change this, was easier to just buy the mod. And more time efficient!

Ok having looked at some of the other modules which do have a thumbail on their snippet. Managed to enable html for articles so that im able to post an image. If it stays stable then im going to post the solution in a seperate topic :D

I find it a shame to have to buy a module to do this. Especially before it was possible to do and it was done for the blogs ...
