Add text or image on Join form

HI there,

I would very much like to know where and how I can add some basic text or an image  under or beside the Submit button on the  Join page.

I currently have  join on frontpage mod and under or beside the Submit button I would like to add some text.

Can someone lead the way on how to do it.

This should not be to difficult
