Add sound preview to Store

Hello,

I have a suggestion for a upgrade and also a question at the same time. Suggestion is as a standard feature of the Store, could boonex/dolphin developers or whoever is in charge of building the software add a field to upload songs and songs preview in the form of mp3 and wav. I think this would be a good feature to have especially with what I am trying to do with my site right now. I am setting up a Market where users can buy vst plugins, mixtapes, drum kits, ect.. However in the store there is no sound preview. Users would like to be able to hear what they are buying before buying it.

Now question is does anyone here in the meantime know how to add a sound feature in the store area? If so then please contact me. Thanks.

Are you sure you are using the right platform?  Dolphin is a social platform, not a shop platform.  There are much better suited tools out there for what you want to do.  If you want it so that one must be a member before being able to buy, there are shop applications that has this as well; plus with all the other things you need to run a true shop.  A rock can be used for a hammer but it makes a poor hammer.  Go to http://www.opensourcecms.com/ where you can look through the shop offerings and most have demos so you can try them.  These are completely open source applications meaning you don't need a license to rebrand them.  Most of the shops are already set up to sell digital goods and thus what you want, the preview, can easily be added.

I have no ideal how to use any of these or set any of that stuff up.
