Add an advertisement image w/o box border?

I want to change my homepage such that I can add a banner on the right column. If you go to http://www.active.com/video, you'll see a banner ad on the right. How do I add it to my homepage like that?

If I go to Builders->Page Builders->and then to "HTML Block" it adds the border/box around it. I just want the banner ad to display by itself -- no box around it.

After creating your block goto phpMyAdmin

Now there seem to be a white background color behind my ad -- how do I remove that? What CSS do I go to format it?

I recommend use FF + Firebug plugin to inspect elements and styles ;)
