Add Video Format

Using Dolphin 6.1 with free Ray.

mp4 is not able to be uploaded.  Where can I go to add that format in?

So by the sounds of it, the answer is you can't add to the formats accepted by the ray video uploader?

Of course .. we don`t develop and don`t make any changes in foreigner products, it should make owner (creator)

that wasnt a sentence, and didnt make any sense. I too would like a coherent answer to these questions if someone can make one. BTW thats not a valid link.
