In Dolphin 7 log in to your admin section. Click on Settings, then on Advanced Settings. Click on the arrow to the right of Variables. Dolphin License Code:is the first block. Enter the new license then scroll down to click Save.

Do not do that, it won't take that way, but it is part of the process.

You need to login to your Admin Panel & go to Advanced Settings,  Delete out the license key you have and click save.  Next, clear the cache.

Once that is done, you can then go to your_domain_name.com/administration/ and it should ask for the license key, go ahead and input it there.

For some reason it does not make the call out to check the license when you just change it from free to paid.

you do not create an image file or any other file with filezilla. filezilla is a file transfer client that transfers files from one portal to another. you dont actually create files. you can create a directory using the FTP protocol logged into an account with the appropriate credential

also for future reference, you cannot post multiple topics in a thread, i dont mean you cannot, it is preferred that you dont. if you need further assistance wtih filezilla, i would suggest looking up a forum for filezilla. as there are a diverse group here, some use filezilla, some use smartFTP, some use cuteFTP, some use coffeeCupFTP, some even stoop so low as to use dreamweaver as their ftp connection.

then some use CLI for FTP. so you are asking a very vague question in a forum that was initially created with an inquiry for application of your dolphin licenses.

I'll have you know, the use of Windows Explorer as a FTP client is considered a fine art in my depraved state of mind!
