Add Group page

1. Is it possible to customize the item in this page, such as make item "City" as optional, not mandatory?

2. Where to find the definitions for the listing member, such as Friends, Members, Faves, Fans, Contacts, Admin only,

and so on.

Is it possible to add text content of definitions for each entry, like the one in Join confirmation entry?

Only profile fields are customizable

These groups you are created from privacy settings in dashboard, there are standard groups like friends, contacts and user defined groups.

Thanks, but I still have a little bit confused when I logined into my site as a registered member and try to create a new group.

In the Privacy Settings section of Add Group page, there are some field, such as View Group, View Fans and so on.

View Group = Group Viewer ?

View Group field has listing

Default -- what is the this default setting ?

Me only -- viewing by group creator only.

Public -- every one can view it

Members -- site registered members or group joined members ?

Faves -- ?

Contacts -- ?

Then what does field View Fans mean?

In field Upload Photos

Admins only -- Site administrator or group creator ?

Fans -- ?

These all are very confused for me when I tried to creator a new group and found no any help hints.

Is there any relative definitions doc or can add text hints for every field for B4.

I also expected that group creator are capable to customize this page.

View Group = you can make group visible for some group of members only, for example create a group which is visible for friends only.

Default = default groups is a group you choice as default in dashboard -> privacy settings

Me only -- viewing by group creator only. = yes

Public -- every one can view it = yes

Members -- site registered members or group joined members ? = yes

Faves -- ? = members which ones creator added to his favorite list

Contacts -- ? = members who contacted creator, you was contacted by creator via site mail box

Say I want to create a group only to the group member(Fans), not to all the

site member?
