Add Column to Topic View in Page Builder

How can I add a column to the View Topic page in page builder so I can have some blocks on the side while viewing a topic? I can't seem to find the topic view in page builder.

Forum topic page isn't in page builder, because Forum is actually is another piece of software integrated into Dolphin, so it can't be fully integrated into Dolphin and utilize all its features.
