Hi All,

Anyone try inserting AdSense into the footer in D7 yet? I knew where it was in 6.1.6 but I tried to insert the code in the _footer.html under the temlates/base but no luck.

I have worked with 6.16 version and now I am playing with version 7 RC

6.16 Version directly accepted the insersion of code HTML for banner on top, footer, right, and left

In version 7 RC as far as I can see only you can try to insert the code directly into the template

Thanks works fine using banners module for footer.

Here are the steps for others -

In admin panel, go to tools->banners and give a name, select active and place your adsense code.

Select bottom and click submit and the ad would show up in the footer for all pages.

Awesome !!!

there really isn't much to explain

go to your site ./administration/banners.php

enter required info.. add the ad code select the position bottom save it that's about it.

and for the 300X250

./administration/pageBuilder.php

select a page you want the ads to show up like in the video section,photos,profiles...

move the html block to active blocks click on it  html-content enter the ad code save it and your are done

you can use it anywhere on the site

Thanks, 300x250 worked fine too :)

The only location left is to place a 428x60 in the 'Quotes' slot.

Any ideas anyone?
