Ad-Free License Problem

Please help me, i purchased an ad-free Dolphin license for my site but i cannot register my domain name for the license. I entered the license code into my Admin panel, but the Dolphin ad & logo still appears.

I also purchased the ad-free Ray A/V Chat license and my domain name is registered for it and it works (no Ray ad or logo).

Someone please help, thanks.

Log into Dolphin Admin and select Advanced Settings. Remove your license and save changes. Then log out. Wait a minute and log back into Admin. You'll recieve Dolphin not licensed. enter in your AD Free License and continue. The log out and wait 10 minutes they will disappear :)

I have the same problem!!! The thing is that I'm not getting the red page so I can put my license again!!

Strange behaviour and Boonex Support told me the you must have fopen_allow = On so they probably can open one of our file I guess.

You do need fopen on but if you remove all licensing in Dolphin and save changes you should revert back to the unlicensed screen when trying to log back in. Like a manual reset :)

Ghost, thank you for your help but i have removed my free Dolphin license under the Admin's "settings/advanced settings", saved it, logged out - logged back into Admin i do not receive the "Dolphin is not licensed" prompt.

I do however receive the prompt if i go into plugins and click on Ray. as i said, i purchased the ad-free A/V Chat license and have successfully had the Ray image and link removed off of my pages.

For some reason, it won't allow me to do the same for Dolphin?

If you still have problem, make sure the Allow_fopen is ON !!! that is the only way since Boonex is expecting to have a live connection with your web site!! Cool you can try than to get the prompt. Also you can check it by putting the phpinfo.php in the admin folder and call to it from www.your_domain.com/admin/phpinfo.php and check if it's on or off!

I hope it helps..I was dealing with it for more then TWO WEEKS with Bonnex support and they couldn't help so i just played around the fopen.

I know..it might be UNSAFE and I hope that they can protect us from next attack
