The member actions menu needs to be fixed so that when a user is restricted to receiving video chat, a user who can use video chat is not presented with the option to video chat with the restricted user. Otherwise the user who can use the feature tries to video chat with the restricted user will never know the other cannot use video chat.
The issue was fixed with simple chat and so I know it can be done for video chat button two.
To illustrate: I have a premium user who can use video chats and simple messenger and he looks a standard profile which cannot use simple messenger and video chat. The actions the premium user is presented look like this (all three members were online at the same time as well to ensure everything would enable as it should):
The option to simple message is gone as it should be, but notice the option to video chat is still there and it should not be there.
Now the same premium member views a premium member's profile and the actions he can do with that user look like this:
Now the premium user can chat with the other user as the other user can also use the simple messenger. And he can video chat too as he is supposed to.
Finally a look from the standard user, it doesn't matter if he looks at another standard user or premium user his actions bar looks like this:
There is no ability to use simple messenger nor the video chat it should so.
