Accidentally removed domain from Prime license

How do I re-register my domain under a Prime license? While in "manage licenses", I accidentally removed it. Thanks!

I don't hold a prime license but with a regular license you just go back to your site and add the license and it will contact the licensing server and register the domain to that license.
