Access Denied to Add Files

Hi,

I can add new file folders but when I open any file folder and click the "add files" link, I get "Access Denied" message there. Please help to resolve this issue. Thanks.

Seems this user has membership levels which doesn't allow him to add files. Check it in admin panel->settings->memebrship levels section.

the membership is "standard"

and they are allowed to add files 

there is another solution plz ?
