So, last night I did a completely new setup of CentOs 7 with Apache and php 5.6. WIth a fresh install of Dolphin with only a few modules installed - I then checked the site with Google PageSpeed. Not too bad of a score, but a few recommendations still noted.
After completing suggested recommendations, I checked the site with google pagespeed again - score improved a lot, but still not 100% due to javascript and css being loaded above the fold and slowing down page load. Any suggestions
