About the Captcha

Hello,

I'm having an issue with the captcha on the Dolphin. I know that there was an issue awhile back but thought that it had gotten fixed. When the captcha is turned on it won't allow anyone to join the community. Also there is an error on the join.php page.  (line 87 charater 1) Now I have looked at the join.php file and that line etc specifically and can't locate the source of the error.

Please help with any advice possible.
