About files present in /orca/layout/uni_en/xsl

Hello,
Once again I am here with a query hoping to get a reply. The issue is as follows:
I have been trying to overwrite files present in /orca/layout/uni_en/xsl/ folder of ORCA but am unable to do so. WS FTP gives the message "Rename/move failure: Permission denied" whereas my web host also says that permission not granted. I can play with other files but XSL folder and files within are not being edited, deleted and/or overwritten at all.
Using Free Dolphin (latest version) + ORCA + Ray
PHP 5.2.6
XSL enabled version   1.1.24
Apache 2.0

I realize that you posted this some time ago, but just in case you're still having difficulty...

My suggestion is to use either your FTP program or Cpanel's File Manager to change the permissions of the files you wish to overwrite to 777. Then you should be able to either edit them in place or delete them and upload the replacement files that you've already edited to be the way you want them. Then you'll need to change the permissions for the new file(s) you just uploaded to the settings recommended by the installation guide.If you have difficulty doing this, make sure that the actual XSL folder itself has the correct permissions too. (In fact, you may want to check that first before fiddling with the permissions for the actual files in the folder.)
