About date and time

i have the version 6.16 and i am from Greece

how do  i change the date and the time?

in my contry the time is 14.oo kai date 11/06/09

but in my site  and my message has  time 09.00 an date 10/06/09

how corect this?

 please help me

have you checked your server time and date because correctly me if im wrong i think the script pulls the informations directly from the server

i put in my php.ini

date_default_timezone_set('Europe/Athens');

but nothing change

any help please?

is it a dedicated server ?

and also try placing this in you .htaccess file see if this helps

SetEnv TZ Europe/Athens

but nothing change

recheck with your host?
