AV Chat by Boonex Issues/Questions

New to Dolphin.

We are using the A/V Chat by Boomex on our site for web cam people to stream shows.

Getting complaints that when in full screen video mode the resolution for the viewer is poor and very pixelated. And after I looked I saw that it is very poor quality when in full screen mode

Upped frame rate to 30 FPS, Chat height is at max - 600. Quality at 100%.

Anyone have a tip as to how to make this better?

Or is this the best it will ever get?

Or,

Can anyone recommend a better module? Preferably free or if paid, one that has high quality HiDef like video quality for the best price.

Any ideas on getting the current A/V Chat module to a higher resolution?

Not sure if that is possible as the mod seems old, 2007 from what I can tell.

Question on Dolphin native flash chat. Actually I did get the current version installed and connected to the (a) Rays RMS servers hosted on HFW. However two things, After loading chat I can turn my cam on and see my stream at the lower right corner of the chat information panel But in the instructions I see refenance to a view cam icon supposidly next to the member in the members list you want to view. I haven't been able to find or generate this icon. So then I went to the Bonnex Dolphin demo on the Boonex site logged into admin opened chat and broadcast my cam and get the same results.

Is there something else that needs to be configured to see the view icon or is it not possible to see your on stream from the members list menu? I know I have read a number of post from those who do have the Rays chat mod working so I suspect someone knows that answer.

Thanks in advance

I do not think you can view your own stream. It is already shown to you.

Get others in the chat with you with cams.

Really it depends on the users webcam to be honest...   if they have a one megapixel webcam  at 480px max from Walmart then no program in the world is going to save it.

You need a webcam and internet connection that can stream at hi-def. i would say a webcam with 5-7 megapixel and 1280 x 720 res should help out a lot.

With that said i can also turn up the full screen size to anything you like....
