A few questions.

Hello. I have a few questions before installing Dolphin.

I'm hoping to create my community on a social network software. It is a role-playing community that will allow users to register an out-of-character account and will subsequently be able to create character profiles. I'm hoping to eventually have it to where you can select who you're posting as/browsing the site as by clicking your picture and having the character names pop up, and once you're posting as a character, you'll be able to return to your normal account by using the same method.

The characters should be able to do everything a user can do, as well. They're all linked to one account so there's no hassle of logging in and out.

Would there also be a way to alert the parent account of something that happens in character accounts? Such as, a character adding another to their friends list? And is there a way to limit character accounts to interacting with eachother and not parent accounts?

All I really need to know is that this is possible. Thank you.

I have a few other questions:

  • Is it possible to recieve on-site notifications automatically? (Friend request, private message, comment, etc.)
  • Is it possible to allow the user to customize their profiles with HTML/CSS?

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
