I have had my community up since March with zero issue. When we purchase dour licenses we had boonex do the install and everything worked great. We just purchased a second community and again boonex did the install and upgraded to the newest version on both sites. Now on my original community the chat just sticks at connecting and does not load what so ever.
We have a very robust dedicated linux server so i would be highly surprised if it was a resources issue. Any ideas?
