Definitely not a firewall problem on your side (ports 1935 and 5080). Your configuration appears to be similar to mine....

Obviously the Wiki documentation is not correct for a RMS 3.5.1 server install. DosDawg and Sammie have given some tips if you see my thread from my earlier post.
