It looks good for building sites and pages, but does it build a Dolphin theme?

I personally don't get it. This website (the homepage) has nothing to do with the builder, like the guy used the builder to make his homepage yet left the builder code available to the public.

I tried to work out what that builder software was, but couldn't.

There's a hidden menu on the left side. Run your mouse across and dozens of options will appear. It looks good but I think it would only do as a splash page for Dolphin once you figure out how to employ it. Somehow I think it would be difficult to build an HTML full site that way, but who knows. It certainly isn't a Dolphin Template Generator.

The second one is just a spammy ad for some cheap splash page generator.
